Beautiful brown leather sofa bed in BALMAIN, New South Wales for sale

Much loved leather sofa bed, selling due to the impending arrival of a baby and the need for more space.
The sofa is a very comfortable three-seater, in chocolate brown leather. The mattress is in excellent condition (looks brand new) and extremely comfortable (we upgraded the mattress as sofa beds are usually so uncomfortable - this one is fantastic and guests are always surprised). It's queen size.

211cm long (total length)
170cm long (inside each armrest)
99cm deep
62cm tall (to the top of the armrests)
85cm tall (to the top of the back cushions)
There are some marks on the couch which I've shown in the pictures, they a result of moving house but fairly small. I've tried to show you the scale of these marks by including the pen in photos.
